CEC is located on 19 rai based in Chonburi. Construction Asset Center "CAC" is a facility for construction assets of the company. The center is responsible for streamlining and maximizing utility of majors construction assets , ensuring optimal use to support operation productivity and efficiency.

The major construction assets which manage by CAC are Sheet piles , Scaffolding , Containers, Heavy Duty Form Work and Temporary Support Structure. Furthermore, the CAC engages in investment activities which comply to company's future construction needs and requirements.




 

     STECON maintains a fleet of modern equipment including six-wheeled- and ten-wheeled-trucks, vehicles, as well as heavy duty construction equipment such as various types of cranes, fork-lifts, rubber and steel rollers, graders and tower and overhead cranes. Also maintained in our fleets are sheet pile hammers, welding machines, hydraulic breakers, air compressors, and generators. Our strong and dedicated team, coupled with the large and modern fleet of construction equipment to facilitate our construction development, is what makes mega-project delivery a routine process at STECON.

Our CEC is located on 19 rai's based in Chonburi. STECON's CEC is charged with over 460 units of machinery and equipment and its 325-strong workforce can efficiently undertake any of the company's mega-construction projects at any given time. An annual evaluation takes place to ensure the CEC's efficiency is higher than the average market index.

Type of work invoved in the Fabrication Plant

1. Shop Drawing 
    Design drawing of fabrication work for factory fabrication according to the clients'  requirements.

2. Metal work transformation and fabrication  
    Fabricate according to Shop drawing by utilizing expert craftsmen and state-of-the-art     
    machinery to fabricate work within acceptable tolerance limits.  

3. Quality inspection  
    To ensure work delivery meets stringent control during the fabrication process according  
     to client specifications and quality standard ISO 9001 version 2000.

4. Surface coating  
    To enhance durability due to wear and tear of extreme weather conditions while improving 
    quality of the work site. Work have to redefine and confirm with the clients in accordance 
     with the specification and condition .

STECON set up Segment Box Girder plant in order to facilitate the Airport Rail Link project with the aim of utilizing the facility as a base for future Transport Mega Project developments. The facility is located on route 311 at Ban Bung, Chonburi on 100 rai's. This plant input with high level of engineering content to ensure the productivity and quality of product .

Our warehouse facility is used for storing construction material and equipment. This has ensured smooth work-flow and has proven beneficial for our business in several areas: reduced supply costs, assured material availability, and centralized material stock has produced economies of scale necessary for optimal efficiency. Which included the repair and maintenance tools and equipment .
       The first warehouse facility is situated in Chonburi, occupying 19 rai's . A second facility at Map-ta-put estate (9 rai's).
