CEC is located on 19 rai based in Chonburi. Construction Asset Center "CAC" is a facility for construction assets of the company. The center is responsible for streamlining and maximizing utility of majors construction assets, ensuring optimal use to support operation productivity and efficiency.

The major construction assets which manage by CAC are Sheet piles , Scaffolding , Containers, Heavy Duty Form Work and Temporary Support Structure. Furthermore, the CAC engages in investment activities which comply to company's future construction needs and requirements.
